Caffeine buzz: Stauf’s Coffee to brew at North Market

A Touch Of Earth, a staple of North Market for nearly a decade, will come to a close by the end of the month. To avoid a coffee deprived uprising at the market, Stauf’s Coffee Roasters will step in to fill the caffeine void. Expected to make the switch July 1, A Touch of Earth will continue to brew and close shortly at the end of the month for Stauf’s equipment installation.  Owner Ann Leonard is closing shop to retire and spend time with her grandchildren, family and friends, and proposed the idea of transitioning her space to Stauf’s Coffee Roasters. Fittingly, Stauf’s was the first roaster to supply Leonard’s shop when it first opened.
