Construction at Africentric Early College begins

For the first time in years, a full service high school is being built in the city. While many high schools in Columbus have historic backgrounds, many aren’t all that updated. The Africentric Early College PreK-12 will be completely modern with the district’s biggest indoor sports venue, a sprawling field house and an NBA sized basketball court. The school will hold 22 elementary, 10 middle school, and 12 high school classrooms for students enrolled, according to the Dispatch.
