This morning Sgt. Joshua K. Wagner pleaded guilty to his second DUI within the year on Thursday. The 33-year-old police officer plans to resign, and his driver’s license has been suspended for a year and he has been fined $550. The judge also sentenced him to 10 days in prison for the OVI, but credited him for the 10 days he was in jail following his initial arrest, according to the Dispatch. He attended counseling for his alcohol problem and also plans to move to Florida, according to his attorney.
