Greg Oden up against felony charge as well
The former OSU basketball star was arrested Thursday morning at his mother’s home for allegedly hitting his ex-girlfriend. Monday Greg Oden was charged with one count of battery resulting in serious bodily injury, which is a felony, and misdemeanor charges for domestic battery and battery resulting in bodily injury, according to the Indianapolis Star. If convicted, the felony could land him up to six years in prison. While Oden’s professional career was plagued with injuries, he had recently signed with the Miami Heat last season and is now a free agent.
