Industrial customers jump from AEP to other providers
For the first time, there are more industrial customers in Ohio choosing suppliers other than AEP. 50.19 percent of their industrial customers have jumped to an alternative energy supplier and less than half of residential (30 percent) and commercial customers (48 percent) have made the switch, according to Columbus Business First. Most industrial customers are more aware of changing prices and the cost of energy because they are consuming so much of it.
