Italian Village development: 6 new houses planned
Italian Village is on the cusp of being the up and coming section of the city, similar to its neighbor the Short North. With restaurants and bars moving in and calling Italian Village home, developers have (of course) latched onto the opportunity. Six new houses have been planned for the corner of Summit and 2nd, according to Columbus Underground. The houses will all be identical and have a one car garage. Work should be starting up soon and owners want to open up the houses as early as this coming fall.
