It’s the end of the road for E.T. Paul Tire Co.

Today, E.T. Paul Tire Co. will end its 118 years of service as its closes down for good to make way for the Ohio Department of Transportation’s expansion of  the 1-70/71 interchange. The business, which was on Parsons Ave. for 116 years of its 118 years, was originally built as a blacksmith shop. Mike Paul, the third-generation owner of the business, has considered relocating the business, but didn’t get any assistance from ODOT for this possible move.
