Judge accused of sexually harassing bailiff
A former bailiff has said that Franklin County Common Pleas Judge Tim Horton has assaulted her, and Monday the judge denied those claims. The accusation stemmed from Elise Wyant’s resignation letter a week ago and then two days after that, Atiba Jones, the court’s executive director also resigned. Horton has also said that he is cooperating with the investigation begin done within the courthouse.
