Two families have said they are going to file a multi-million dollar civil lawsuit against Christopher Litostansky, a Whitehall bus driver, for the way he treated the children on his bus. He has been charged with assault, endangering children and unlawful restraint. Wednesday the lawyer released the video of Litostansky while on the bus and he appears to poke the girl in the face eight times with an umbrella. The parents said that he also attempted to comfort their daughter after the incident by kissing her and touching her inappropriately. He has also been accused of throwing the girl into her seat which made her hit her head on the window and tying down the legs of a special needs student.
