More passengers going through CMH
It’s no secret that Port Columbus isn’t exactly one of the more bustling airports around. It has its bonuses (the lines aren’t really an issue) but it’s not ideal for pushing more traffic through the airport, but the American-US Airlines merger has bumped up the traffic at CMH, according to Columbus Business First. Midyear numbers have about 3,123,126 people going through the airport which is 1.5 percent higher compared to last years stats, according to Columbus Regional Airport Authority.
