Sold. Harrison Parks apartment complex to Omaha developer
The Harrison Park apartments near Jeni’s kitchen in the Harrison West neighborhood have been sold off to an Omaha-based developer for $20 million. APRO II LLC the group that dropped the money for the apartments told Columbus Business First that they liked the proximity to both downtown and OSU’s campus. Because of this purchase, the company said it plans to buy another property in the city for the ease of property management.
