Mysterious decomposing body found in N. Cbus apartment
Just east of OSU’s campus, human remains were found inside of an apartment on North Fourth Street and 13 Avenue. It appears the body has been in the building for quite awhile 10TV reported, and police have said until they get more information, they will be treating the case like a homicide. It is still unclear who the person is that was discovered early Wednesday.
