OSU making money off its utilities?
While most sit around and pay for their utilities, Ohio State has found a way to make money off of theirs. A proposal was put out Tuesday to allow an outside company to manage its utilities and energy, which would allow the university to make money. Whatever company chosen would then attempt to find ways to cut energy costs, and they would split that savings with the university and that extra money would be funneled toward scholarships, internships and research, the Dispatch reported.
