Police: Child allegedly brought gun on bus, dumped near school

Police have said a student at Life Skills Learning Center allegedly brought a gun onto a bus to show other kids, but then became nervous and allegedly dumped the gun near a restaurant by the school. Another child alerted a security guard at the school who then called the police. The gun was found without incident inside a paper bag, NBC4 reported.
