Meet David. He’s here in Columbus and hoping to create a 3D printer that is as easy to use as a coffee maker. The idea behind Sculptify is to use pellets rather than spools of material to print out durable, flexible and rigid items. The brains behind the 3D printer have launched a Kickstarter to raise $100,000 for the next generation printer. Backers will help create the project which will be manufactured in Columbus (and get some free stuff depending on how much they donate).
