SWAT: Looking for man accused of sexual contact with minor

SWAT officers are on the prowl for a man accused of having sexual contact with a minor. Jared M. Vance, 28, has been charged with unlawful sexual contact with a minor and authorities are asking for more any information anyone has on the man, according to NBC4.
