A Southwest Airlines plane at Port Columbus International Airport was scorched earlier this morning after an aircraft heating cart burst into flames. The plane was parked at the gate and positioned over the heating cart that was warming the stationary aircraft. No one was injured and airport firefighters quickly put out the fire. Aside from one canceled flight, an airport spokeswoman said all other flights will not be affected.
