Cameron Mithcell is adding a third Short North restaurant across the street from his two existing dining spots: The Pearl and Marcellas. The newest addition, the Guild House, will serve breakfast, lunch and diner and cater toward both restaurant patrons and hotel guests because of its location as part of the boutique hotel Le Méridien Columbus. The newest part of the Cameron Mitchell empire is jumping on the sustainability band wagon and taking on a farm to fork approach. All food will be locally/regionally sourced and the space will sit around 150 people according to Columbus Business First.
