Robbers aren’t generally known as the kindest demographic out there, but police are searching for what has been described as a “polite” robber. Allegedly he went into a Speedway in southeast Columbus and demanded money, but made sure the victim was okay before he fled the scene, the very same victim who he had just pointed a gun at. “He was polite, as much as a robber could be. He said you’ll be okay, he asked if she was okay. After he robbed her,” Columbus Detective Eric Stoddard told ABC6. The crime happened over the weekend of the Fourth of July and police are still looking for the suspect.
