Westerville makes room with new hotel
Westerville city officials announced that a Marriott Renaissance hotel and conference center will be built in the area known as the Altair Business Park (now Westar Business District). The new hotel will be eight stories with 224 rooms, a restaurant and 20,000 square feet of meeting space. Construction will start in 2015 and like almost every construction project in central Ohio, a completion date has not been set.
