The Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission releases a list every year detailing which intersection sees the most accidents with a formula that looks at traffic level, crashes and then how severe those crashes are. Rt. 161 at Maple Canyon Drive is no. 2 on the list and third is E. Broad Street at James Road.
