Wine and dine while you grocery shop
The new Market District in Grandview is shiny and new and doesn’t really want you to leave. The store has seating for 300 (indoor and outdoor) for guests to sit and eat and a bar with 18 craft brews. Better yet, you can walk around the store and do your grocery shopping while also drinking a beer, or wine if that’s how you roll. Seems like ideal grocery shopping habits. “This isn’t what you’d typically see at a grocery,” spokesman Rob Borella said, according to Columbus Business First. “We want you to sit here and have a meal.”

Grandview Giant Eagle Market Place now open
It’s finally here: the Giant Eagle Market Place in Grandview. It’s grand opening is set for Friday to celebrate its 90,970 square feet of space on the main floor, according to Columbus Business First. The Giant Eagle that was already in Grandview closed Wednesday night and what will happen with that space still is unknown, but the grocer still has a lease there for a few years.
