Columbus Crew SC finds new affiliate club in Pittsburgh
The Columbus Crew SC has entered into an affiliate deal with the Pittsburgh Riverhounds of the USL. The deal allows the MLS club to send players on an on-loan basis to Pittsburgh.
We look forward to beginning a USL affiliation with the Pittsburgh Riverhounds as we continue to strengthen our player development efforts.

Columbus previously had a deal with the Austin Aztex but was forced to find a new affiliate after the Aztex were unable to secure a stadium for the 2016 season.
Our coaching staff is thrilled to be affiliated with one of the best organizations in MLS. Crew SC sporting director and head coach Gregg Berhalter’s style and philosophy are similar to ours, so I believe our partnership will be very fruitful on a number of fronts.
