Former Timken Co. site hits the gym

While Stone Brewing might not have selected to move into Columbus’ former Timken Co. site, it looks like someone has. Rogue Fitness, known for its CrossFit equipment, is looking at moving their business and building a 500,000 square-foot manufacturing facility at the site. There are also plans to add a fitness center and showroom. The $35 million dollar project will potentially add almost 500 jobs.

The area has seen a push for revitalization from the city for several years, and Mayor Coleman is expected to announce Rogue Fitness’ plan tonight during his State of the City address. (deb)
