The Columbus Blue Jackets lumbered into Dallas Tuesday night with the weight of a 4-game losing streak on their backs. The hometown Stars were the first to strike with a goal in period one. A power play goal from Scott Hartnell tied things up for Columbus in the second period. Dallas would go on to score three unanswered goals before the horn. They would add another in period three on their way to a 5 – 1 win over the Blue Jackets.
5 losses in-a-row for Columbus. Good grief.
The CBJ continues on the road Thursday night in a match-up with the Arizona Coyotes.
