Concert Season: Hozier performs at Newport Music Hall
*Update* Hozier is playing a sold-out concert tonight at NewPort Music Hall. But for those who want to see the “Take Me to Church” shouldn’t fret too much. The singer is planning another Columbus stop this summer (June 16) at the LC Pavilion – and those tickets are already on sale. (deb)
Concert Season: Hozier, BNL coming to Columbus
A pair of big upcoming concerts were just announced. Hozier comes to the LC for an outdoor show on June 16th. (Dawes opens the night.) You may have seen Hozier on the Grammys the other night performing his breakthrough hit “Take Me to Church” with the great Annie Lennox. The tune was a nominee for Song of the Year. Tickets for the Hozier / Dawes show go on-sale this Friday.
Also just announced….the Barenaked Ladies return to Columbus for a special show with the Violent Femmes. Former Men at Work lead singer Colin Hay is also a part of the bill. The show happens at the LC on June 5th (tickets on-sale this Friday). (jj)
