Columbus Commons is preparing to kick off Labor Day Weekend with a free show tonight featuring Pittsburgh rock band Rusted Root.
Rusted Root had their biggest success in the 90’s with their platinum-selling 1994 release “When I Woke.” That record included the hit single Send Me on My Way. That song has since been featured in numerous movies and tv shows.
Food trucks will begin serving Friday night at 6pm.
Local band Sassafraz performs at 7pm.
Rusted Root takes the stage at 9pm. (jj)
