In this month’s Bon Appétit magazine, a reader asked about the Pork Sugo at The Rossi Bar and Kitchen (895 North High Street). According to Kalyn Brown of Cleveland, the sauce has haunted her dreams since it left the restaurant’s menu. Andrew Smith was chef at the Rossi for nearly five years. He left that position earlier this year.
He’ll begin his role as executive chef at the new Salt & Pine restaurant (250 South Hight Street) when it opens downtown next month.
