Elevator Brewing recognized at Great American Beer Festival
It’s fair to say that, for brewers, the Great American Beer Festival is huge. This year, the largest beer competition in the world featured entries from more than 1,500 breweries representing all fifty states. Entrants battle it out for prize and pride in more than 90 different categories.
This year, Columbus’ own Elevator Brewing Company turned heads with their Mogabi. The ale made with Amarillo hops won bronze in the American Wheat Beer category. It was tough competition, but the hometown guys shined in Colorado.
