Italian Village fire damages Cafe del Mondo
An early morning fire broke out at the Cafe del Mondo (659 North 4th Street) in Italian Village on Thursday. It took firefighters an hour to extinguish the blaze. The roof reportedly suffered extensive damage, but the extent of destruction throughout the business isn’t clear just yet.
