Porchetta about it!
There’s nothing like porchetta. And it looks like Columbus couldn’t agree more. Tony Layne has announced that he’ll be rolling out Por’Ketta, a new rotisserie-based food truck that’ll feature porchetta and roasted chicken. Look for the truck to make its way throughout the city sometime this spring. (deb)
