Man vs Food vs Fire: Host encourages help for Ohio Deli
Man vs Food host Adam Richman remembers where it all got started, The Ohio Deli was where his Travel Channel series got its start. And now, after hearing word that the landmark restaurant was recently destroyed by fire, he’s hoping to help the place to get a new beginning, Richman has taken to Facebook to urge his friends to contribute to an account set up to help the owners of the restaurant rebuild. He says that he’s followed by about a million people on social media and that if a fraction of them gave a buck, the Ohio Deli could stand tall again. Kudos to Adam Richman for spreading the word and helping to rebuild the home of his one-time nemesis, the Dagwood sandwich. (jj)
