We’re only halfway through the week and already Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine has said ‘no’ to drugs twice. On Monday, he rejected a petition from a group called ResponsibleOhio due to issues with the language in their submission. On Wednesday, DeWine rejected a petition from another group promoting the End Ohio Cannabis Prohibition Act. In this case, the group was required to have 1,000 valid petition signatures to be considered. Only 883 signatures were considered valid, so DeWine rejected the submission without reviewing the rest of it. (jj)
