Ohio bartender Michael Hoyt was indicted last week on the charge of threatening to murder House Speaker John Boehner. According to records, Hoyt was possibly planning on poisoning Boehner’s drink. Boehner is a member of the West Chester country club where Hoyt served him drinks (Hoyt was fired from this job last fall).
The FBI and US Capitol police believe Hoyt “poses a current and ongoing credible threat” and he is being held under a court order for mental evaluation and treatment.
