A pair of Franklin County lawmakers are working together across the aisle to better your next meal at the North Market. Representatives Michael Stinziano (D) and Mike Duffey (R) have introduced a bill to allow North Market customers to enjoy beer and wine products with meals consumed on-site.
Duffey: “The North Market is central Ohio’s most beloved, historic and authentic ‘supermarket. Yet, the average visitor cannot drink a beer with their meal, despite often being able to do so in chain supermarkets.”
The bill is being introduced in response to requests from merchants inside the North Market. (jj)
