The US Supreme Court is hearing cases from several states like Michigan, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Ohio on whether their bans on same-sex marriage are unconstitutional. At the weekly conference on Friday, the justices didn’t include the case in an orders list issued today, meaning that today there’ll be no decision on Ohio’s 2004 same-sex marriage ban.
Still, the case was considered in Friday’s conference and the justices could decide on the case anytime this week or next week. (deb)
