Three weeks ago, detectives say that Anthony Hopper went into a home goods shop in the Stoneridge Plaza and followed a woman who was wearing a sundress around the store. According to the woman, when she stopped in the bedding department, she noticed that Hopper was holding his cell phone camera under her dress. A witness yelled for him to stop and Hopper ran from the store.

He is also a suspect in similar voyeurism cases in Newark and Heath. Today, he’s sitting in the Licking County jail facing charges of voyeurism, assaulting a police officer and fleeing.
