Nobody’s perfect.
Police say that Ian Steitz has been a busy little bee. They allege that the 26 year-old committed and got away with ten robberies in nearly a two week span. But they were watching him when he went for number eleven. <BUSTED!>
Authorities had taken to referring to Steitz as their ‘Northface’ robbery suspect due to the wearing of a Northface jacket (and mask) while committing most of the crimes. They grabbed their guy as he attempted to flee the Dublin pizza joint on Tuesday. Charges are now pending against Steitz in all of the following cases:
- 3/19/2015 Taco Bell (Stoneridge Dr.) – Gahanna
- 3/24/2015 Marathon gas station (Westerville Rd.) – Westerville
- 3/24/2015 Donato’s Pizza (Northland Plz) – Columbus
- 3/25/2015 Duke & Dutchess gas station (Sunbury Rd) – Westerville
- 3/25/2015 Romeo’s Pizza (N. Hamilton Rd.) – Gahanna
- 3/26/2015 Tim Hortons (N. Hamilton Rd.) – Columbus
- 3/27/2015 Dominos Pizza (Westerville Rd.) – Westerville
- 3/27/2015 – BP gas station (E. Dublin Granville) – Columbus
- 3/27/2015 – Subway (N. Hamilton Rd.) – Columbus
