Update: 35,000+ lose power in North Columbus

AEP Ohio is reporting that more than 35,000 customers have lost power in North Columbus. The utility company says that a tree fell on a transmission line near the Karl road substation.

Crews expect power to be restored by 5pm.  (jj)
