Once again, Columbus has been one of America’s top cities for workers in the tech industry.
Financial data site Smart Asset has released its list of the top cities for tech workers. Ohio’s capital city placed 8th in the ranking. That’s down one spot from a year ago, but Columbus is one of only four cities to make the top 10 cut in each of the last two years.
Thanks to the presence of Ohio State University and the Ohio Supercomputer Center, Columbus will likely remain a hub for technology research and education for a long time. Tech professionals in Columbus also enjoy a cost of living that is 8% lower than the national average.
