Barricade situation in Westerville

As of 6:50pm, East Main Street between State and Haywood Alley is closed due to an ongoing barricade situation. We’re told that the story involves a man falling off of a roof. Somehow, this has turned into a situation where the man’s friends and roommates have refused police orders to come out. Nearby stores and apartments have been evacuated. Its unclear if those refusing to exit the building are armed.  (jj)
