Death by coyote: Family mourns death of Bella the poodle

A Dublin family is warning neighbors to watch out for coyotes following the sad weekend death of their toy poodle Bella.

Dave Davidson had just let the family’s two dogs out for their last relief of the night on Sunday. Gigi returned to Dave’s side as he heard Bella’s cry from the woods. A police officer later found the body of the 10-year-old pooch.

Residents say that they often see coyotes in the neighborhood at night.
