Grandview SWAT situation ends, school lockdown lifted

The SWAT situation in Grandview Heights that had closed the intersection of Oakland and West First Avenues has been resolved. The area is now reopened and lockdowns for Grandview Heights High School and Middle School have been lifted.  (jj)
