Macy’s, Target, Toys-R-Us announce Thanksgiving plans

A handful of the country’s largest retailers announced on Monday that they will open their doors to shoppers this Thanksgiving. Macy’s and Target will open for business at 6pm…90 minutes after the Panthers and Cowboys kickoff in Dallas and well before most people have had a chance to digest their large Thanksgiving meals.

Toys-R-Us will also open to shoppers on Turkey Day. Beating Macy’s and Target to the punch, Geoffrey Giraffe will begin welcoming shoppers at 5pm. (jj)
