Police investigate threat against Grandview high school students
A threatening social media post this week led police to the home of a Grandview Heights High School sophomore. Officials say that the post threatened a shooting at the school…and potentially targeted specific students.
At the poster’s home, NBC4 reports investigators found a smoke bomb that had been made to look like an explosive. The student said that he had copied the post from somewhere else on the internet. He was released to his mother and is facing charges.
Law enforcement is continuing their investigation. (jj)
