A small jet crashed into an Akron apartment building Tuesday afternoon killing all nine people aboard…the pilot, co-pilot and seven staff members of a Florida real estate firm.

The aircraft had flown out of Dayton and was on final approach to the Akron airport when it hit the apartment complex. Thankfully, no residents were home at the time of the accident and no one on the ground was hurt.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.  (jj)
