ResponsibleOhio marijuana measure qualifies for ballot

It took two tries to submit all of the required valid signatures to qualify for the statewide November ballot, but ResponsibleOhio has done it.

Ohio Secretary of State John Husted says that the group has met the requirements to have their marijuana legalization measure put in front of voters this fall. The proposed state constitutional amendment would allow the sale of marijuana for medicinal and recreational use. It would also authorize the establishment of authorized growing sites in the state.

Voters will have the final say on November 3rd.  (jj)
