Taking flight: bird’s nest sparks fire

A fire broke out this morning around 8AM at an apartment complex on Cooper Colony Dr. Two of the four units were severely damaged, but no injuries were reported. After an initial investigation, the fire was ruled accidental; it appears that the fire started after a bird’s nest (build near a porch light) caught fire. (deb)
