Another hotel could be coming to downtown
The president of Indus Hotels, David Patel, is looking to opening a second hotel in downtown. He plans to go before the city’s Downtown Commission on Jan. 27 to review his concept for a Hilton Garden Inn at (77) E Nationwide Blvd. The 12-story, 170-room hotel would cost $24.4 million would be build between the Lofts Hotel and Fish Grill-anchored office property. The planned space for the hotel is also the headquarter site of HER Realtors. (deb)
