Attorney Scott Schiff plans campus development
Business First reports that attorney and local TV fixture Scott Schiff is planning a retail / apartment development for the corner of Lane and High on the Ohio State campus. Schiff and his partners hope to put a $25 million investment into the corner area presently home to the ghost of a former Shell gas station.
The idea requires the approval of the University Area Review Board and the University Area Commission. (jj)
